The Joint Coordinating Board (JCB) is the top governing body of TDR. Its principal role is to coordinate the interests and responsibilities of all parties cooperating with TDR.

The 49th session of the Joint Coordinating Board will take place on Wednesday 17 and Thursday, 18 June 2026 at the World Health Organization's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. A briefing session will be held during the afternoon of Tuesday, 16 June 2025.
