Important information for air travellers to Geneva

Participants travelling to Geneva by air during the G7 Summit period are kindly advised to plan their journey carefully and allow extra time for travel to the airport, as traffic disruptions and reinforced border controls are expected from 12 June. Please consult the official Geneva Airport information page for the latest updates

Geneva Public Transport arrangements during G7 Summit

The G7 summit, to be held in Evian-les-Bains, France, from June 15 to 17, 2026, will have an impact on mobility in Geneva and throughout the cross-border region.

In-person participation

To obtain a badge to enter the WHO campus, all meeting participants must register in the new WHO Meetings & Events platform, Cvent. To receive your personalized registration link, please email jcb@who.int with your full name, affiliation, email address, and the Member or Observer government or institution you represent.

Remote participation

While the JCB meeting is a face-to-face event and we strongly encourage in-person participation to foster full engagement, we understand not everyone can travel. Please note that for those joining via Zoom, opportunities for online interventions will be limited. If you are unable to join us in person, you may register for virtual access.
