TDR, in collaboration with partners, has been actively engaged in supporting the introduction of malaria vaccines since their endorsement by WHO. Building on the work conducted jointly with the OPT-SMC project team on seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC), a series of activities are currently underway. These include webinars aimed at sharing experiences and lessons learned as well as implementation research projects such as the Optimizing Malaria Vaccine Uptake (OPT-MVAC) project.
