Biography

Nadisha Sidhu works as a consultant for the TDR's Research for Implementation unit, contributing to their One Health workplan and development of One Health projects. She supports and monitors implementation of the One Health research projects by engaging with the researchers, collaborators/partners in the health and environment sectors, WHO One Health actors, WHO Regional Office for Africa and other relevant stakeholders.

She has a background in wildlife health and conservation, and has experience in both the environmental/conservation sector and the public health sector. Her focus is on linking research on vector-borne, infectious and zoonotic diseases with guidelines and policy frameworks for disease control, prevention, and preparedness using a holistic integrative systems-based approach.
